Some years ago, the Inner London Education Authority sent a list of science laboratory safety rules to all its schools. So they could be widely understood, they were in several languages, including Punjabi, Urdu, Arabic, Turkish, Bengali, Chinese, and Greek.

Testing her pupil’s grammar one day, a teacher asked “Is LOVE a noun or a verb?” One particularly knowledgeable boy wrote “On Friday and Saturday nights, its a verb. The rest of the time its a noun.”
